Harmony at Work

Establishing harmony with other people may at times seem even harder than finding harmony within your personality. The difficulty is hidden in the fact that you can cope with controlling yourself and (re)constructing your inner world while controlling other people and your common mutually beneficial (in an ideal) interaction is more difficult and requires certain skills and practice.
A few people can firmly state that they have reached complete harmony at work. Some of the non-harmonious rest find their professional sphere or colleagues or their boss disharmonious i.e. they are not satisfied with either of these working factors and can't find their psychological balance at work.
In order to be able to reach harmony at work we definitely must start with developing certain qualities in ourselves such as professionalism, communicability, upbeat attitude to life, ability to take things easier than a neurotic psycho, flexibility and the so-called professional charm.
Of course, most probably you won't reach 100% harmony at work but you will succeed in covering much distance on your way to it. All you gotta do is follow a few rules some of which say: treat others like you want to be treated, be patient and try not to express needless anger or irritation; be justly firm and kind to a certain extent etc.
