Harmony and Optimism

Upbeat attitude to life prompts the fact that no matter what happens to you, you invariably try to look at the brightest side of the worst situation – as long as it's possible that is. In case it isn't they have more chances to survive the disaster than the pessimists who are always prone to maximizing their grief and committing suicide...
Optimism may be a mild stage of self-deception at times, but the fact that self-deception works wonders with us is scientifically proven. That's why the more we 'optimize' ourselves, the better we feel. The better we feel, the happier we are. This trivial connection invariably suggests harmony within your personality and sometimes even with others.
Upbeat outlook is one of the keys to your long-waited harmony, that's for sure. If we want to reach harmony, we should program ourselves to thinking positively because the opposite situation in the majority of cases suggests the antipode of balance i.e. disharmony.
Optimistic people are happy-go-lucky and as a rule self-confident. They know what they want from life and they know that they will do their best to achieve their goals. The whole thing leads us to a sensible conclusion that people who think positive and are confident in their actions and words scarcely have any seriously global regrets – itchy parasites which live in many people's inner worlds and prevent them from establishing harmony with the 'outer' world.
